Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. For digital content, the withdrawal period is likewise fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. By way of derogation, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. You may also electronically complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for certain digital content or sealed goods where the seal has been removed after delivery, and in other cases provided by law.

Linked/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract by means of a loan and subsequently withdraw, the withdrawal also applies to the loan agreement, provided the two are linked as an economic unit.

General Hints

1) Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage. 2) Please do not return the goods by unfranked parcel delivery. 3) Please note that the above general hints in sections 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
